Melbourne Boutique Cottages Terms and Conditions

Number of Guests per Cottage

Each Cottage can accommodate 4 people with the addition of infants less than two years.
Cots are children’s equipment can be hired on request.

Deposits & Full Payments

A deposit of 50% of total booking is to be paid to secure a booking. Credit card payment is preferred.
If payment by cheque, direct deposit, cash or money order is required please telephone
+61 (0)438 250 050 to make the booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation & Refunds

The deposit of 50% of total booking less $50.00 administration levy if cancellation occurs more then 14 days prior to arrival date.

If less than 14 days to arrival date the Deposit and Full Payment is refunded less cancellation fee ($50.00) only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking again.

If the dates of the booking are not rebooked then the deposit is retained by Melbourne Boutique Cottages, however the 50% remaining of the full payment will be refunded.

Minimum Night Bookings

A minimum of two nights is needed for any booking.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in Time is from 2:00pm (1400 Hours)
Check out Time is 11:00am (1100 Hours)

Smoking

Melbourne Boutique Cottages is a smoke free venue.

Pets

Unfortunately Melbourne Boutique Cottages cannot accommodate pets.

Respect for Neighbours

The Cottages are located in quiet residential areas. Guests must respect the rights of those living in the area by keeping noise levels to an acceptable level particularly at night. Management reserves the right of eviction for disturbing noise levels or annoying behaviour.
